Eniola Badmus Applauds Governor Of Lagos For Instituting A Health Insurance Scheme For Veterans


Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus has praised the good works of the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu for ensuring the well-being of actors.


The Governor hosted Nollywood filmmakers to a dinner on Tuesday night, October 11th.


Eniola, who was part of the guest list, applauded the governor for having the interest of practitioners at heart.


She appreciated him for the dinner, which she described as being ‘quite interesting’.


Eniola, also appreciated him for instituting a health insurance scheme for veterans to ensure they were well covered.


“The Governor of Lagos State @jidesanwoolu hosted Nollywood Filmmakers to a dinner last night which was quite interesting. He also used the opportunity to institute a health insurance scheme for veterans to ensure they are well covered for adequate medical care which will assist to access health care in public health facilities…. Thank you so much my Governor this is so huge in our sight and we are grateful for this opportunity”.


Eniola Badmus troops out for 5 million march

Days back, Eniola Badmus joined Nollywood stars to show support for APC presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.


The rally tagged five million march organised by the chairman of Lagos State Parks and Garages management committee, Musiliu Akinsanya better known as MC Oluomo and other supporters took place on Sunday, 9th October 2022.


Nollywood stars including Saheed Balogun, Eniola Badmus, Eniola Aloa, Bimbo Akintola, Dayo Amusa and several others.

Eniola Badmus rejoices as BAT returns to Nigeria

In other news, actress, Eniola Badmus rejoiced as Asiwaju Bola Tinubu returned to Nigeria.


The presidential candidate returned to Nigeria on Thursday, 6th September after weeks in the United Kingdom.


The news of his return was confirmed by his campaign spokesman, Festus Keyamo.


The last time Tinubu was seen attending a public event physically was on 22nd September when he met with members of the Pentecostal bishops’ forum in Abuja.


During his time away, there had been concerns over his whereabouts, especially after he missed the signing of the peace accord for the 2023 elections.


An excited Eniola Badmus, took to her Instagram story to share the news of his return.


She wrote: “Our daddy is back” and tagged Tinubu and his son, Seyi Tinubu.
