Why my wife died – Pastor Kumuyi claims he’s on revenge mission against the devil

The General Overseer of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor William Kumuyi, has opened up on how he lost his first wife, Abiodun.

Speaking at the Global Workers’ Conference, Kumuyi cited his absence for her passing.

Abiodun Kumuyi died in April 2009 at 57 years, after being married to cleric for 28 years. Kumuyi eventually got remarried in October 2010.

“My wife was at home because she had a challenge.

“I was driving out, the devil came. But I did not remember to close the spiritual door.

“When I finished the Faith Clinic that morning, I received a message that my beloved wife was gone,” Kumuyi said.

Kumuyi also claimed he has turned his pain into passion and described the next move of his ministry as a “revenge” against the devil.

He added: “Since that time, for me to revenge on the devil, I have gone to many places since she left.

“I have covered most local governments in Nigeria. I’ve gone to almost all the nations in Africa. I have gone to all the continents of the world.”
