The singer, via the micro-blogging platform Twitter, now known as X, told the X user who runs a fan page for the singer to send her account number and promised to gift her N5 million to get new hair.
“Send ur account 5m for new hair”, he tweeted.
The lady responded to his tweet by sending her account number, and Davido credited her with 5 million.

A few weeks back, the superstar singer had blessed a Ghanaian Tiktoker for singing his popular song, With You, word-for-word. Davido, who was impressed with his performance, responded by promising to gift him $5000, which is over N9 million. The singer urged the Tiktok to reach out to one of his aides, Deekay DMW, for the monetary gift.
Last year, during a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden, Davido gifted a female student $50k to help clear her school loans.
