Nollywood actress and movie producer, Ufuoma McDermott has poured praises on her colleague, Iyabo Ojo who is in the midst of an N500 million lawsuit from singer, Naira Marley.

Taking to her Instagram page, Ufuoma asserted that Iyabo is intentionally and consciously fighting for better, is a voice of reasoning, is an imperfect human but has a perfect heart, and is an all-around good human.

She stated that Iyabo Ojo always has her utmost respect now and always.

“IYABO !!!
Mother reincarnate !!!
Intentionally and consciously fighting for better, voice of reason, imperfect human, perfect heart, All round Good Human.
You will always have my utmost respect.
Always.

I stan

Na #woman you be !”.

Her praises of Iyabo Ojo came hours after she was been sued by singer, Naira Marley.

Esabod Global News reported on Thursday that Azeez Adeshina Fashola professionally known as Naira Marley had dragged Iyabo to court, demanding a public apology from the controversial actress or risk facing legal proceedings which could amount to N500 million as damages.

In his lawsuit, Naira accused the mother of two of defaming him, alleging that the actress published false and malicious content about him on her Instagram page.

Taking to her mother’s defense, Priscilla Ojo, noted how Naira was yet to resolve issues of Mohbad’s catalog and unpaid royalties, yet was filing a lawsuit against her mother.

Blasting him for his audacity, she pointed out his hypocrisy of suing her mother, when there are videos of him bullying Mohbad before his untimely demise.

She went on to slam Nigerians for calling her mother a clout chaser because of her fight for Mohbad and how they are reading meaning to her content on the Real Housewives of Lagos reality show.

Also taking to his woman’s defense, Paul Okoye, the lover of Iyabo Ojo, stated that his lover didn’t say anything bad about Naira Marley.

He made it known that he had listened to all the things that Ojo said and there was no defamation of Nara Marley’s character in it.

The talent management added that his lover’s lawyer would contact the singer. And if they cannot resolve the case amicably, they would end up in the law court and it would be settled over there.
