Months back, Mayorkun, had vented his frustration about the deplorable state of Nigerian roads, singling out Nigerian senators for buying new SUVs instead of addressing the dire road conditions.

The singer highlighted the horrendous condition of the Lekki-Epe expressway while chastising the senators for indulging in SUV purchases while vital road infrastructure remained in disrepair.

Mayorkun voiced his frustration, lamenting the lack of quality roads in Nigeria, emphasizing that even the best drivers can be left humbled by the sorry state of road networks.

In response to the criticism, Nigerian senators justified their recent purchase of SUVs, arguing that the acquisition was necessary because most ministers have multiple SUVs, and the dire road conditions across the country necessitate the use of such vehicles to navigate the challenging terrain.

In better news, Mayorkun finally made his relationship public as he showed off his girlfriend on social media.

Mayorkun delighted his fans with photos and a video of his lover on his verified Snapchat story with an adorable caption confirming his relationship.
