Nigerian award-winning singer, Tiwa Savage is ending the year on a good note as she joins the list of Landladys.
Taking to her Instagram story, the mother of one announced that she had rewarded herself with a new house in London, UK.
The talented singer, who has been shuttling back and forth between Nigeria, London, and other countries shared photos of her luxury home and its interior, which includes a well-equipped gym, furnished living areas, and a cinema room.
In her caption, Tiwa stated that she got her first house in London town with the help of the best house agent.

Blogger, Tunde Ednut, who is close friends with the Star, revealed the exorbitant amount she spent on her crib. He claimed that the mother of one splashed N1.7billion to own the beautiful space.
He noted how many celebrities are rewarding themselves with luxury gifts, and Tiwa is one of them.
“N1,700,000,000 Billion what????? I have just noticed something about these celebrities. It seems all of them have worked so hard and it’s time to start spending, cause they are spending the money HARD!!! Wow… Tiwa is rich abeg… Wetin happen?? No wahala! Don’t envy Oo! Also acquiring a house in London was Peter Okoye otherwise known as Mr P.
Peter via his Instagram story revealed that he was on his way to becoming a house owner London in London. He made this known as he stated that people were teaching him and his brother a big lesson after the election.
This came hours after his twin brother, Rudeboy had splashed millions on a luxury home in Atlanta, USA, and bragged about living in luxury.
Also ending the year on a good note is Junior Pope Odonwodo who has acquired a new house worth millions.
In a post on his Instagram page, the talented role interpreter shared photos of his new crib, as he credited his creator for his newest acquisition. He stated that he can’t thank God enough.
Singer, Spyro, had also bought two mansions for himself and his business partner.
The ‘Who’s Your Guy’ crooner who has received widespread fame especially after he featured Tiwa Sav@ge in a hit song remix, had splashed millions on two properties.
Counting his blessings, he noted how God had been so good and kind to him.
Adding to it, singer, Chukwuka Ekweani better known as Ckay, acquired his first house.
The ‘Love Nwatiti’ crooner took to his Instagram page to share the good news accompanied by a side-by-side photo of his old house.
Expressing gratitude, he noted how he has come a long way.
