Similarly, Toyin Alausa had broken down in tears on Instagram over her financial situation as she recounted how she got so emotional and overwhelmed on her way from work and was drained and exhausted from a series of jobs she has been on, yet when she looked at her account balance, the math wasn’t mathing.

She questioned herself about where the figures went throughout the year and wept for herself, stating that most of them in Nollywood don’t have extra support other than what they earn and yet they still extend love to family and friends.

Alausa added that it’s unreasonable for anyone to assume that screen life is the same as Real life and expect her to live the facade some people live.

In other news, Faithia Williams recounted how she almost turned her role in the most-talked-about movie, Jagun Jagun.

The light-skinned Yoruba actress revealed that she would have missed a lifetime opportunity but for the intervention of her management, who pressured her to take up the role.

Appreciating Femi Adebayo, she thanked him for giving her another opportunity to showcase her craft and praised him for his visionary works.
