In response to the comments and criticisms she received over her outfit to a performance, Ayra addressed the issue without mincing words as she branded those criticizing her outfit as “useless men” and accused them of being clout chasers. The situation escalated further when she made a bold declaration, asserting that everything she does is primarily for her female audience.
Back in September, she declined to accept an award during the Headies award ceremony. Ayra Starr had been recognized as the best female artist, but her award was not announced on stage; instead, it was presented to her backstage.
