Nollywood actress, Ronke Oshodi Oke is the latest celebrity to defend late clergyman, TB Joshua who has been embroiled in scandals for days now.
Taking to her Instagram page, Ronke recounted how the late clergyman miraculously healed her daughter from Asthma. According to her, she never believed in prophecies because of the high rate of scammers, but all that changed after she visited his church and he healed her daughter of Asthma.
Ronke revealed that something came out of her daughter’s mouth and her sister experienced similar things, which made her become a member of his church. She added that the late clergyman was also good to her and her family.
Defending him, Ronke asserted that TB Joshua is a nice man and a team man of God and she can vouch for him.
“I want to tell the world what the Late Senior Prophet TB Joshua did for me and my daughter. Initially, I don’t believe in prophecy, I am not that kind of person because there are so many scammers out there. But when I went to church that faithful day, my daughter had Asthma, to God be the glory he delivered her. Something came out of her mouth which I didn’t believe, and my junior sister experienced something similar. That was when I started going to TB Joshua’s church.
Apart from that, he is a nice man to me and my family. I just want people to know that for me, he is a nice man and a man of God”.
Days back, singer, Victor AD shared his experience with the late TB Joshua, as he debunked rumors that the clergyman was fake.
He recounted the miracles he did for himself and his family – how the late TB Joshua healed him from skin disease at the age of 6, restored his mum’s hand that was supposed to be amputated after a gunshot, and also healed his sister from blindness.
He noted how the late clergyman took them in and fed them when they were homeless. Noting how God isn’t a man, he told critics and haters to say whatever they like but it wouldn’t change God from being God.
Years back, actor, Jim Iyke revealed how late TB Joshua healed his sick mum in 2013. It is no longer news that the death of Jim Iyke’s mother led to his crashed marriage and affected him badly.
He claimed he had gone to the clergyman’s church after it was insisted that he must be present for his ailing mother to be healed.
This is coming after BBC published a 3-part investigative documentary on the late clergyman and televangelist, detailing the atrocities and sexual crimes committed by the renowned clergyman. As part of the documentary, BBC interviewed members and workers of his church, Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), who recounted their ordeal in his hands both sexual and physical assaults, and how he wanted to control everyone.
One of the victims said one had to seek his permission before going to use the gent; while another who was a publisher for him, recounted how he once slapped her for not publishing an article on time and told her she should see it as an honor because he is next to Jesus; while others described him as a hot-tempered man.
