Nigerian Afrobeats singer and songwriter, Seun Kuti, has berated American Hip Hop star, Kanye West for unknown reasons.
The instrumentalist took to his Instagram story and stated that the ‘Can’t Tell Me Nothing’ crooner is dangerous to Africans.
Although Seun did not give reasons for his remarks, he has never hidden his dislike for Kanye ever since he made a comment about Fela years ago.
It may be recalled that in 2018, the rapper described himself as an embodiment of his late father, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, Tupac and Nelson Mandela.
The American musician made the statement through Instagram while declaring that he was the world’s greatest artiste.
However, at the time, Seun who was infuriated, responded that he didn’t think Kanye West connected with Fela’s spirit.
In a recent post, he wrote; “Kanye West is a dangerous person to all Africans.”

In another news…
Esabod Global News recalls that the Nigerian saxophonist, Seun Kuti claimed that his life was under threat due to his position on socio-political matters.
According to the son of late Afrobeats pioneer, Fela, some influential people in the country are attempting to “destroy and kill” him for speaking the truth.
In a video which went viral, Seun informed fans that he’s been secretly fighting ‘wars’ and has lost count of the court cases and police invites he’s gotten over the years.
He said; “I will reveal it here today. They want silent me for this country. I can’t tell you how many wars I am fighting alone. I can’t tell you how many cases in court for nothing, how many police invitations left, right and centre for nothing. For just saying the truth, everybody is inviting the police on me.
“Because I am saying the truth, they are trying to destroy and kill me. They are trying to bring me down and destroy my name. It’s not easy. They have been silencing speakers of the truth since 705 BC.”
