Nigerian celebrity designer, Toyin Lawani has left many applauding her after she rocked lettuce as her birthday dress.
The CEO of Tiannah Place Empire, via her Instagram page, shared stunning photos of her rocking a fairy tale dress made of lettuce.
In her caption, the mother of three described herself as the King of Fashion, as she said a word of prayer to her Maker, asking Him to grant her ‘her’ heart desires.

Making a dress out of lettuce isn’t surprising as during Christmas, the designer ditched the usual pajamas for Christmas shoots and opted for a more creative and out-of-the-box outfit. She wore a dress made up of 1000 pepper and 70 mops.
Her outfit no doubt caused a stir online as while some praised her for her creativity, others bashed her, and reacting to the criticisms, Toyin told her haters to jump off a cliff as she is the King of Fashion.
To prove further why she is the Queen of all Queens, Lawani for her 41st birthday depicted the current situation in Nigeria.
The celebrity go-to stylist wore a symbolic masterpiece dress made of silver spoons and pots in her birthday shoot.
Explaining the meaning behind the unusual outfit, Toyin Lawani revealed that the spoon represents the unity of our beautiful people, the silver pot represents a new nation, the black pot represents our will to give whatever it takes and the plate represents children who are starving.
In another birthday post, Toyin had rocked a fried chicken dress, as she recounted how everyone felt she was cr@zy the first time she talked about making a chicken dress on the Real Housewives of Lagos.
