Award-winning superstar singer, David Adeleke better known by his stage name, Davido has splashed millions of Nairas on designer bags for his wife, Chioma.

The news was made known by blogger, Tunde Ednut, who alleged that the designer bags were a ‘Welcome Home’ gift for Chioma who delivered twins last week.

According to the blogger, the bags are worth over $10,000 which is N100,000,000.

It is no longer news that the beloved couple have welcomed another bundle of joy after losing their son, Ifeanyi last year.

Davido first fueled the rumors after he hinted at his wife becoming ‘Mama Ibeji’ (mother of twins) in his song titled ‘In The Garden’, which features Morravey.

To add to it, the singer had tweeted that the week of his twins’ birth would be his best so far.

The news was finally confirmed after a video of Davido and Chioma with their twins leaving the hospital surfaced online.

Making his first statement on his twins’ birth, the music star, during an interview, revealed how he and Chioma found out about the news, which left them shaking.

Describing it as crãzy, he noted how his twins were born the same month his late son, Ifeanyi was born.

Since the news of the birth of his twins, many celebrities have congratulated the couple on their new bundle of joy. The likes of Iyabo Ojo, Junior Pope, Daddy Freeze, Victoria Inyama, Omoni Oboli, and Susan Peters have rejoiced with the couple.

The welcome home gift is coming after Investigate journalist, Kemi Olunloyo alleged that Davido had gifted his wife, Chioma a mansion worth $900000 as a push gift.

The journalist made this known on her Instagram story as she offered advice to the singer on the importance of keeping his life private.

Kemi revealed that the house is well furnished and tasteful and warned the singer against publicizing it.

She claimed that Davido had videotaped the mansion and hoped the singer wouldn’t show it online to avoid burglaries.
