Upcoming artist calls out Bobrisky for ripping him off

In the ever-twisting tale of Nigeria’s entertainment industry, Gafgold, an emerging artist, has recently thrown the spotlight on popular figure Bobrisky. The crux of the matter seems to be focused on financial transaction that’s left Gafgold feeling scammed.

Gafgold made a public plea for help, asking Nigerians to intervene in getting Bobrisky to return his money. He explained the tough journey of being an independent, up-and-coming artist and how he had pinned hopes on Bobrisky’s influence to promote his first street song.

According to Gafgold, he made a payment directly into Bobrisky’s account, expecting a prompt service in return. However, it’s been two weeks with no response, despite Bobrisky receiving the payment. Gafgold’s frustration was palpable as he called out the treatment meted out to budding artists by celebrities. He warned of potential legal action if the funds weren’t returned and supported his claims with screenshots of their conversation.

Meanwhile, Bobrisky, a figure constantly in the media glare, recently made headlines for comments on Jay Boogie’s BBL surgery complications.

Bobrisky, asserting his wealth and taste for ‘classy’ choices, claimed immunity from such issues, citing his successful experiences with the procedure.

In another twist, Bobrisky was embroiled in a spat with Sam Clef, following the latter’s criticism of David Doe. Sam Clef’s retort included sharing throwback photos of Bobrisky, adding fuel to the fire of their public disagreement.

This brewing controversy paints a vivid picture of the challenges and dynamics within Nigeria’s entertainment scene, especially for new artists seeking to carve their niche amidst established celebrities.
