“No matter how hard they try, we will never give up” Iyabo Ojo makes promise to late Mohbad

Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has made a pledge to the late promising singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba better known as Mohbad.

Taking to her Instagram page to share a video collage of him, Iyabo vowed to never give up on him.

She vowed that no matter how hard people try, or the distraction/storm that comes their way, she and other concerned citizens will never give up.

“No matter how hard they try, no matter the distractions, no matter the drags, no matter the storm, no matter the wait ………. we, the concerned citizens, will never give up on you……IMOLE”.

A day back, Tonto Dikeh had called out the Nigerian police over him, demanding they release the singer’s body for burial.

The movie star expressed how exhausted she was over their tiredness and carelessness and vowed to speak up, even if she didn’t have backing.

She noted how she, as well as other lovers of Mohbad, have given the Nigerian police time as she made them know that his case isn’t one to be swept under the rug.

Since the news of his death, Iyabo has been a strong advocate for him demanding justice for the late singer.

Weeks back, Iyabo had paid tribute to Mohbad, revealing his last wish from her was to do a TikTok video with her.

Iyabo stated that Mohbad made this known when they were in the UK and begged for her to do TikTok videos with him whenever she returned from the States.

Unfortunately, she didn’t know that his wish would never come true. Making a promise to him, the mother of two vowed to never back down until she gets justice.

Recall when news of his death made rounds, Iyabo Ojo had revealed unknown facts about the late singer.

While apologizing to God for always questioning him, she described Mohbad’s personality as she had linked up with him in the UK days before his death.

The mother of two had even gone as far as promising to believe in and support APC, if they can get justice for the late singer, Mohbad.

Anyone who has been a follower of the actress knows how much she disdains the All Progressive Congress (APC), so for her to switch sides, shows how far she can go to get justice for the young deceased.

Refreshing your memory, Mohbad, a former signee of Naira Marley’s record label, tragically passed away at 27 under unclear circumstances on September 12.
