Confusion over Oladips’ death prank as friend releases video of him eatin

Netizens and fans of Nigerian singer, Oladips have been thrown into a state of confusion after news broke out hours ago that he is alive.

Esabod Global News  recalls that rapper Oladips’ management, in a statement released via his Instagram page on Wednesday, announced that the rapper passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

After the sad news threw many into a state of sadness, Oladips’ colleague and close associate, Qdot, on Thursday debunked the death reports, claiming that the rapper is alive.

Sharing a picture of Oladips on his Instagram page, Qdot wrote, “@oladipsoflife, my gee is alive.”

His claim elicited mixed reactions, with many questioning the authenticity of the information while others said it is possible Oladips “faked” his death to promote his album, ‘Superhero Adugbo,’ which was released hours ago.

Even actress Bukunmi Oluwashina has deleted her tribute post to him from her Instagram page.

One Tobi wrote “He’s Dead and that’s it ,even if he releases a statement himself ,since you people like to joke with death .This country is hard enough already to be catching baseless cruise”
