Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda is finding it hard to move on with his life without his best friend, Mohbad by his side.
In a series of emotional posts on his Instagram story, he claimed that the late singer told him to stop thinking about him, but he has been finding it hard to do so.
He revealed that he has been drinking and going back and forth on how to move on without him.
Questioning the dead, he noted how his son, Liam will never get to know him. But he will continue to keep his memory in his son’s mind.
Bella vowed to take care of Mohbad’s son and promised to pass all his love to their sons.
“U told me to stop it have been trying. I just hope you’re okay where u are cos have not been happy for days. Have been drinking and going back and forth on how to move on.
It’s sad Abiola Imole never got to know u but be rest assured I will tell your story and I will definitely take care of ur fruit. I’m passing all the love to our sons. Lol, low-key I’m Bella and Sons Inc.”.
Recall that when the news of Mohbad’s death broke out, Shmurda made headlines when he declared that he wouldn’t pay his last respects to his dear friend.
Bella’s reasoning is that he believes that Mohbad’s spirit is still very much alive.
In a previous statement, he claimed that Mohbad’s spirit wouldn’t let him rest until Naira Marley and his label were brought to book.
Just a few days back, Bella Shmurda revealed during a procession for Mohbad in Canada that he had received the devastating news of Mohbad’s death a few days after he left Nigeria. The distance from Nigeria made the news even more painful.
Adding to Bella’s emotional moment was the call he received from his mother. She had advised him to remain in Canada until the emotions and chaos had subsided in Nigeria.
