“When you pray for a mother-in-law, pray God gives you someone like her” Iyabo Ojo tells ladies as she celebrates Mohbad’s mother’s 50th birthday

Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo has sent a message to her gender as she celebrates the late singer, Mohbad’s mother on her 50th birthday.

Taking to her Instagram page, she admonished ladies that when praying for a mother-in-law, they should pray God gives them someone like Mohbad’s mother. Giving reasons, she noted how she stood by Mohbad’s wife, Omowunmi through thick and thin.

Calling her a rare one, she stated that her son would be happy and proud of her in the spirit for standing and protecting his wife and son against all odds.

Raining prayers on her, Iyabo Ojo made it known that she has backed down from Mohbad’s case. Though she didn’t give a reason, she stated that it hurts her that the late singer didn’t get the justice he deserved and is still yet to be buried. However, she is assured that someday justice will be served as she strongly believes in the law of Karma.

“Young ladies, when you pray for a mother inlaw…… pray God gives you someone like this woman, who will stand by you and your children through thick and thin…… you’re indeed a rare one, and I know Mohbad will be so happy and proud of you in spirit for standing by and protecting his wife and son against all odds …….

Happy 50th birthday, iya lmole… may you never bury any of your children again…. may God keep granting you the fortitude to bear your loss ……. may he give you a very long life in good health and riches to see your children’s children grow up, and do great and mighty things in life much love from me to you

Once again, I’m so deeply sorry. I had to back down from Imole case, it really hurts that Mohbad hasn’t gotten justice yet and still hasn’t been buried,

but I know Mohbad will definitely receive justice because I strongly believe in the law of Karma”.

Iyabo Ojo backing down is coming as a surprise as she had made a pledge to him, vowing that no matter how hard people try, or the distraction/storm that comes their way, she and other concerned citizens will never give up.

Refreshing your memory, Mohbad, a former signee of Naira Marley’s record label, tragically passed away at 27 under unclear circumstances on September 12.

When news of his death made rounds, Iyabo Ojo revealed unknown facts about the late singer and apologized to God for always questioning him.

The mother of two had even gone as far as promising to believe in and support APC, if they can get justice for the late singer, Mohbad.

Her support for him drew several criticisms and reacting to it, Iyabo boldly declared that she would continue to speak her truth no matter the narrative they draw about her and the hate she receives. She stated that she would rather die a fearless, bold, and courageous woman who speaks & fights for justice for Nigeria to be better.

Last week, Iyabo gave an update on DJ Splash, the former in-house DJ to disgraced singer, Naira Marley.

She shared a video of the young lad and his mother, as she informed the public that he has fully recovered and expressed gratitude to God and to all who supported him in prayers and financially.

Noting how it wasn’t an easy journey, she called on people to help him financially.
