In a recent development, actress Iyabo Ojo has revealed her views on marriage.
In a statement that caught a lot of people by surprise, she revealed that there are no marriage plans on the horizon for her. Taking to her Instagram page, she expressed that she would rather be with somebody who is her soulmate and for companionship than getting married.
She stated that she had already married, she already had kids, and she had already raised her kids, but the next stage of her life was just enjoyment. She proudly declared that forever is the deal and that she was going to enjoy her life to the fullest.
This got a lot of netizens surprised, especially because of her long-term relationship with brand manager Paulo Okoye. Their relationship has been one that has made headlines countless of times, and netizens were surprised at the fact that they did not have plans to walk down the aisle with him, despite loving him loudly.
Recall that back in February of 2024, Iyabo Ojo had fought with trolls who called her out for being desperate for Paulo Okoye. After she took to Instagram to reassure her lover of her endless love for him, a particular netizen known as Chamzee noted how the actress was always calling their love a forever deal and Paulo was not keeping the same energy.
However, responding to this, Iyabo Ojo re-emphasized on the fact that forever is the deal with her lover as she further told the troll to kill herself. The fan, who was not bothered by the reply, called her out for still being desperate and seeking validation. However, Iyabo Ojo hit back by writing, who are you?
Iyabo Ojo went public with Paulo Okoye for the first time on her 45th birthday, back in December 21, 2022. The actress had confirmed her relationship with the businessman as she made it Instagram official sharing a video collage of their time together.
Since the confirmation of their video till date, she has taken to her Instagram page to share numerous pictures and photos of them both.
