“No Matter What They Do, We Must Get Justice For Mohbad” Tonto Dikeh Slams Police Over Sam Larry’s Statement

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has reacted to the first public statement from Sam Larry, following his arrest by the Nigerian police.

Esabod Global News reported on Thursday night, that the Lagos Police Command confirmed the arrest of Sam Larry, stating that Sam is currently assisting the Police with the investigation.

In his first statement, Sam Larry denied any involvement in Mohbad’s death, stating that the incident that unfolded had been gravely misconstrued.

He addressed the viral video of him assaulting Mohbad, claiming that he had paid Mohbad to perform at his mother’s bridal ceremony, and he had failed to show up. Hence, he stormed his shoot to talk things out with him.

His explanation didn’t sit well with many, who felt it was fabricated to make him seem innocent.

Tonto, who has been one of the leading celebrities fighting for the deceased, took to her Instagram page to slam the Nigerian police, noting how the news of Sam Larry’s arrest was only released by the police because Nigerians had their eyes on the ground.

Now, after seeing the child’s play statement made by Sam Larry, wasn’t believable, they made a U-turn, claiming it’s fake.

Tonto Dikeh added that no matter what stunts the police pull, Nigerians must get justice for Mohbad.

“The news of Sam Larry being in Nigeria was only released by the police because we had eyes on the ground and released a video 1st (check the timing and make your conclusions). Now after seeing the child’s play statement didn’t make it, they now say it’s fake.
No matter what they do we must get justice for Mohbad”.

Recall that Iyabo Ojo had expressed similar fear and concern, noting how the incident that would unfold following his arrest would be similar to Super Story.

A few weeks back, Tonto Dikeh had dragged Sam Larry for reportedly following her on Instagram

Asking him to unfollow her, she stated that his audacity baffles her, though she believes in the saying “Keep thy enemy close”.

Calling him a weakler and a coward for bullying 27-year-old Mohbad till his death, she let him know that she is a Port Harcourt girl and as such can’t be moved by him.
