Nollywood actress, Eve Esin and others have questioned the parenting skills of late singer, Mohbad’s father over a video of him defending Naira Marley’s assault on him.
It is no longer news that the young deceased was subjected to a series of bullying and assaults from his former boss, Naira Marley, and his label.
In a video now making rounds, his father defended Naira Marley’s action, stating that Naira Marley was only trying to correct him, but his son didn’t listen to him.
He described Naira Marley as a good person, who wanted what his best for his son and wanted to show Mohbad that he was superior.
“Naira Marley didn’t kill my son Mohbad. All Naira Marley and Sam Larry were doing was just to ruffle Mohbad up a little so that he would know that Naira Marley was his Oga and he will ‘dobale’ for him and be humble and listen. I don’t think Naira Marley would ever go as far as killing my son”.
The video has left many questioning if he is the biological father of the late singer as they expressed disgust at his revelation.

One Emini Kabex wrote, “May our parents not be the weapon fashioned against us

One Chef Dee wrote, “E no go make sense make we talk say this Man is a suspect but e get as e be self”.
Mohbad’s father’s defense of Naira Marley isn’t surprising as in an interview, he debunked claims that something sinister had happened to his son.
He had even hinted at his son probably dying due to an injection given to him by an auxiliary nurse.
His mother, on her part, had voiced her suspicions that her son’s death was not a natural one but rather a tragedy shrouded in mystery.
In an emotionally charged interview, Mohbad’s mother debunked any ideas that her son’s death was due to natural causes, strongly suggesting that there was something much more sinister at play.
