The Nigerian entertainment industry is blessed with a plethora of great actors who specialize not only in acting but also in other professional fields.
However, in today’s article, I will introduce you to some Nollywood actors who are also lecturers.

- Joke Silva
Joke Silva is a well-known Nigerian actress, director, and lecturer. She has been a lecturer for over a decade.
Now it’s been two decades. In 1997, the well-known Nollywood actress began lecturing in the industry.
Joke Silver has lectured at various institutions and was once appointed as the head of the Nollywood film studio “Malete Film Village” at Kwara State University Illorin. She also became the director of studies at the Royal Arts Academy in 2006.
- Joke Muyiwa
Joke Muyiwa is one of the most astute actresses in the business. Since 2003, the mother of one has been lecturing. Joke Muyiwa has also been invited to lecture at three different universities.
The multi-talented actress was appointed head of the department of Performing Arts at Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2010.
- Peter Fatomilola
Peter Fatomilola is another Nigerian Nollywood actor and lecturer who has been tasked with training people who enjoy acting.
The 76-year-old legendary actor graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, where he has worked as a lecturer and dramatic arts instructor for over 20 years.
- Kola Oyewo
Kola is a well-known Yoruba actor known for his excellent performance in various roles. Actor Kola is another Nigerian actor who is a lecturer.
Actor Kola Oyewo, on the other hand, has lectured at two different universities, Redeemers and Obafemi Awolowo, where he was appointed as the head of the department of dramatic arts and Senior Lecturer in the art department, respectively.
