Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo is enjoying the humiliation and disgrace her archenemy, Lizzy Anjorin is currently experiencing for allegedly stealing gold in Lagos Island.
Videos making rounds online showed the Yoruba star being embroiled in a gold jewelry theft on Lagos Island. According to reports online, Lizzy visited a renowned market in Lagos on November 17, 2023, and patronized a vendor selling Stones for tailoring materials, which summed up to N91,000.
Due to miscommunication between the POS merchant and Lizzy Anjorin, Lizzy sent the money to the wrong account number, due to an error in the numbers. Because of her celebrity status, the vendor trusted Anjorin and allowed her to leave without confirming the payment, only to discover that the transaction wasn’t successful.
Fast forward to now, Lizzy patronized the same market and the same vendor and she was easily recognized despite concealing her identity with a nose mask. Drama unfolded after the vendor spotted her as the individual responsible for unresolved payment. Luckily for her, her husband was was on ground to bail her out of the messy situation.
The news has gotten social media buzz as many believed the story, while others doubted it. For Iyabo Ojo, she is enjoying the humiliation the news has brought to Lizzy Anjorin’s image.
Iyabo Ojo took to her Instagram page to share a video of her living her best life. In another post, she shared a clip of an animated object dancing as she captioned it with several laughing emojis. The timing of the posts with the news of Lizzy’s theft allegations isn’t a coincidence.
It is no longer news that Iyabo and Lizzy have been at loggerheads for years and have filthily dragged each other on social media.
Recall that some months back, Ojo and Anjorin had resorted to their respective social media platforms to shade each other consistently.
Iyabo Ojo had shared a video where she was mimicking and mocking Lizzy Anjorin humorously. Lizzy, obviously offended by this went on to reveal some intimate details about Iyabo Ojo spilling dirt on her.
She accused Iyabo Ojo of promiscuity saying that she had slept with a lot of countless rich men for money.
She even went as far as revealing that Iyabo Ojo had even engaged in a threesome with a rich politician and was the brain behind Gistlover.
Following the allegation, Iyabo had threatened legal action against Lizzy for defaming her in public. Iyabo was demanding a public apology from Lizzy or risk paying N500 million for her libelous publication and had given her an ultimatum.
In a recent update to their fight, a few days back, Iyabo had thrown shade at Lizzy after they met up on a flight and Lizzy was left ashamed.
Iyabo via her Instagram page revealed that she was surprised to see Lizzy in economy class despite all her braggings, while she flew Business Class. Iyabo claimed that Lizzy hid her face when she saw her and this made her friends and colleagues like Nkechi Blessing, and Tonto Dikeh made mockery of Anjorin.
To settle the dispute, Iyabo’s lover, Paulo Okoye had called for a boxing fight between the two and promised to give the winner N10m.
