Nollywood actress, Toyin Tomato has won the praises of many over her show of love to veteran actress, Mama Mistura Asunmo, otherwise known as Iya 2d.
The Yoruba star alongside some of her colleagues like Toyin Adewale, Bose Akinola, and others had built a new house for Iya 2d.
Toyin, via her Instagram page, announced that the veteran had finally moved to her new house, which God used her and others to build for her. She stated that though the house is yet to be completed, she believes with the support of many, God will complete it.
Sharing a clip of the house, she appreciated all who contributed financially to the project.

Even though it’s not yet completed but I know with ur support, God will complete it. This isn’t the first time Toyin Tomato has gone all out for Mama Mistura Asunmo.
Esabod Global News reported that when Mistura Asunmo turned 80 years old in 2022, Toyin Tomato, who is her goddaughter had organized a birthday party for her.
The party had other aged veteran Nollywood artists and Nollywood stars in attendance, as they turned up in style to support the veteran.
The city of Ibadan was on shutdown as the likes of Faithia Williams, Fausat Balogun, Toyosi Adesanya, Akin Boss, Rose Odika, and more supported the celebrant.
In similar news, ailing actor, Sule Suebebe popularly known as Suebebe had joined the list of house owners following the massive support he received from Nigerians.
The veteran Yoruba actor, who is currently battling health issues and can’t walk, was gifted a brand new house by fast-rising clergyman turned philanthropist, Pastor Gabriel.
Videos captured online showed the veteran, who was in a wheelchair, in his new house, as he expressed gratitude to Pastor Gabriel and his members as he prayed for them.
Actress, Iya Gbonkan had also received over N4 million from her fans for the completion of her house.
The veteran had cried out for help to Nigerians as she shared her financial plight. Many who were moved by her story donated millions to her, to buy a car and a house. But as preparations were still been made to get a car for her, a fan had wholeheartedly gifted her a brand new car to her surprise.
Nigerians didn’t stop there, they further donated N4 million to her for the completion of her house.
