ABIKE JAGABAN: Abuja Law Firm Secures Release Of Ogun Man Accused Of Killing Wife After 80 Days In Detention


An Ogun State-based widower, Suraju Asimiyu, has been released from Police detention in Abuja after spending about 80 days without a charge against him.

Asimiyu’s travails began in April this year following the death of his wife and mother of two in Ogun State due to ill-health and the subsequent accusation against him by a pro-women rights group that he killed the deceased.
